The phrase “Servant Leadership” is seemingly gaining ground in the digital transformation arena among corporates implementing Agile ways of working.

The whole definition of Servant Leadership hinges on a method of development for leaders stressing the importance of "empowering his team". Servant-leader serves the team successfully by focusing on fostering the generative culture to facilitate business outcomes.

Servant-Leaders takes pride in his team’s success and happiness. This happens only when the leader stands as a protective shield from external distracting forces to allow the team to function independently in a psychologically safe environment. This reflects the team is headed by a robust leader steering them without hogging the limelight and rather joyous in witnessing their folks shaping to be leaders.

Accrediting their team to espouse the insurmountable and convincing them to bring in their best is a quintessence hallmark of a Servant-Leaders victory
